The Apeejay Institute of Management and Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), Jalandhar, Punjab (North India), was established in 1997 under the auspices of the Apeejay Education Society. It is affiliated with the I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU), Kapurthala, and is supported by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). In 2012, the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) designated it as a technical campus. The institute provides UG and PG programs in engineering and technology, management, and computer systems. The following courses are available through Apeejay Institute of Management and Engineering's Technical Campus: BTech degrees are provided in computer science and engineering (including artificial intelligence and machine learning, the Internet of Things, and cyber security, including blockchain technology), and electronics and communication engineering. Apeejay Institute of Management and Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC) offers UG programs such as BTech, BBA, BCom, and BCA (AIMETC). MCA and MBA are postgraduate courses available at the Institute. Candidates for BTech (total intake 120) must have passed Class 12 from a board recognized or established by the Central/State Government through legislation on physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects, as well as one of the following subjects: chemistry, biotechnology, biology, or computer science / technical vocational subjects.
