The W-2 form is an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax form that is used in the United States to report the wages paid to employees and the taxes withheld. The employer is obliged to send all their employees W-2 forms every year to whom they pay salaries, wages, or compensation. The option to print W 2 in QuickBooks is present in both the Desktop and Online versions. The way to print the form in QB Desktop is present in the Payroll Center under the File Forms tab.
