From a combination of provisions of the law, it follows that the employee is obliged to provide the agreed work and the employer is obliged to accept it in accordance with the terms of the employment contract between them, within the framework of good faith and business ethics. That is, the employee is obliged to observe the terms of his employment contract (for a fixed or indefinite period) in good faith and in accordance with the relevant principles/habits of his profession.
