Maharashtra has unveiled its Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Comics and Extended Reality (AVGC-XR) Policy 2025 with a ?3,268-crore investment plan. The policy grants industry and infrastructure status to the AVGC-XR sector, generate around 2 lakh jobs, and develop dedicated AVGC-XR parks and studios across the state
