Air mesh, often known as air knit, is a lightweight fabric that allows maximum airflow. Due to the vibrant colors available in sublimation jerseys, they are primarily worn for sports like cricket and hockey. Typically, a polyester air mesh fabric will have three layers. Air-knit material comprises an upper layer, a middle layer, and a lower layer. Due to the layered constructions, it is also referred to as “sandwich fabric.” Soft, long-lasting, and the airy, air-knit fabric has it all. It’s also a common material for chair upholstery, shoe soles, and seat covers. Besides being soft and easy to care for, this fabric is also durable.
